Privacy terms
Noir Girls is an adult directory where voluntary participation and informed choices matter. This document sets out the limits on use, the responsibilities of profile authors and the handling of information about visitors. Updated 3 October 2026

Age and permitted activities
Noir Girls is not intended for minors. Visitors must be at least 18 and must also meet the adult age requirement in their region. Only lawful offers of voluntary, nonsexual companionship are allowed.
Participant safety and reporting
Noir Girls prohibits false identities, illegal services, pornography, coercion and any publication involving minors. Use the reporting tool or contact page to flag a violation. The administration may remove content; suspected exploitation should also be reported to the competent authorities.
Profiles, photographs and labels
Noir Girls authors remain responsible for their profiles: using someone else’s photographs without permission or impersonating another person is prohibited. Materials are used to publish the listing. TOP placement and limited checking do not remove the need to choose carefully.
Enquiries, meetings and prices
A Noir Girls listing is a starting point for direct discussion. Prices are expressed in euros, while timing and current conditions must be confirmed. An enquiry is not an accepted order and does not make the administration a party to a companionship contract.
Purposes and legal grounds
Noir Girls uses data when receiving listings, communicating with authors and visitors, and checking reported violations. Visit statistics and technical logs support reliability and help prevent improper use.
Depending on the purpose, grounds include steps requested before a contract or its performance, consent to the relevant publication, legitimate interests in maintaining and protecting the website, or a legal obligation. GDPR Articles 6(1)(a), 6(1)(b), 6(1)(c) and 6(1)(f) apply where relevant. Confirming your age does not itself consent to advertising or optional tracking.
Information we process
An enquiry includes the name, contact details, message and meeting information you supply. A listing application may contain age, city, measurements, languages, biography, contacts and photographs. Required fields are marked; without necessary information we may be unable to handle the request. Do not send another person’s data without a lawful basis.
Operation and statistics involve visited page paths, language, website actions, referral source, campaign parameters, browser, device and country. IP addresses are technically processed for security and country lookup. A daily statistics identifier is derived from the IP and browser; this is pseudonymisation, not a promise of complete anonymity. Server logs may contain technical details.
Access and disclosure
Noir Girls provides access to internal data to its administration and necessary technical service providers. A request addressed to a participant may be forwarded to them. Details in an open profile are no longer private correspondence and can be found through search.
Security and external services
Transmission uses HTTPS and access to administrative data is restricted. No storage or transmission method eliminates every risk. External websites and messengers control their own processing. You can ask the administration about providers, processing locations and any applicable safeguards for transfers outside the EEA.
Cookies and browser storage
Your browser stores adult confirmation and favourites in localStorage; sessionStorage supports navigation between profiles. If persistent storage is unavailable, age confirmation may last only for the session. You can clear these records through browser settings, after which confirmation and your selections may be needed again.
Built-in statistics do not use analytics cookies. Technical events described above are still processed. When you open WhatsApp, Telegram or another external service, its own rules apply; those services control their cookies and data processing.
Keeping information
Noir Girls considers each dataset’s purpose: profile publication, responding to messages, reviewing reports or maintaining security. Information is not intended to be kept indefinitely without a purpose. Exceptions may involve legal duties, defence of claims and backup handling.
Your data rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access and a copy, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights are subject to the conditions set by law. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Contact the administration with the relevant profile or enquiry and your requested action. Reasonable identity verification may be necessary to protect information. A response is normally provided within one month; any lawful extension is notified. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority, including UODO in Poland.
Updates to these provisions
Noir Girls reviews this document as the website changes. The date identifies the edition. Mandatory rights remain in place, and consent for new purposes is requested separately when legally required.
